About the role

Are you capable of establishing and maintaining long term customer contracts and realizing revenue / value from each individual city client by evangelising the portfolio of Park-Now products/services? Come join us and match client business requirements to Park-Now product offerings and services for our European office in Diemen (Amsterdam). As Account Manager  for the Governmental segment (‘farmer’), you will be responsible for mid-size city accounts and will be the first point of contact, providing day-to-day support to the rest of the City. In addition, you will coach your junior peers, sharing knowledge and best practice.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform performance reviews with clients & preparation of service review reports
  • Visits clients to discuss upsell opportunities
  • Prepare quotations for ad-hoc client requests & accurately capture customer requirements
  • Maintain the “Salesforce” CRM system with all account opportunities, client meetings and key activities at all times
  • In this role, you work together with colleagues from: Finance, operations, Product owner, Customer care, Marketing and the Support desk



  • A completed bachelor’s degree or similar, preferably in Business Administration
  • Approx. 3 years of account manage experience in Dutch
  • Experience in an international / matrix / fast paced environment
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills: empathetic, presenting, stakeholder mngt., team player
  • Creative problem-solving skills, combined with focus on results
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter (work efficiently): eager to close the deal
  • Business fluency in Dutch & English (written & verbal)
