About the role

Are you commercially committed, detail-oriented and service minded? Come join our Business Operations team in Diemen! You will service B2B clients (most are self-serviced), whilst working together with experienced B2B Account managers internally. You report to the Manager Business Operations in Diemen. In addition, you also support the Benelux team in other tasks and event planning when needed.

 

In this role, you will create valuable (data) insights for the most frequent asked questions, coming from our cities. You are keen to improve process and increasing the Happiness index of the designated cities.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Organize internal and external meetings, events and off-sites: agenda management, meeting logistics, preparation of presentations and taking meeting minutes
  • Develop day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities through Freshdesk / Salesforce for city support
  • Execute against agreed service timelines with your cities and align internally with CS, Service desk
  • Improve the city happiness index from x – y and set up half yearly surveys
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Support in strategic and ad-hoc projects (research, analyses, etc.)
  • Manage travel logistics, trip preparation and expense reporting of the Off-street team
  • Manage all administrative support functions: organize documents, order office supply

 

 

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s degree or similar, preferably in Business Administration
  • 2 years of professional working experience
  • Experienced in MSOffice: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook skills
  • Good organizational skills and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive: self-starter (work efficiently with little direction)
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Business fluency in Dutch & English (written & verbal)
