About the role

Your focus will be to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, facilitate the territorial expansion of our services, manage the entire sales process from lead generation, bid submission, presentation and negotiations and to develop strong relationships with local decision makers and other car park operators. 

 

Your Responsibilities

You will work with customer, strategic partners and colleagues from across the business to ensure co-ordinated approaches to target opportunities that allows the effective creation and delivery of solutions to the client. 

You will further drive the expansion into new verticals through new business activity and the nurturing of channel partnerships whilst providing information on market intelligence, competitor activity and overall sales performance in a timely manner.

  • Degree level education (preferable) with 2 years + experience at selling into the public sector as well as dealing with complex client contracts and tender processes at a senior level;
  • Demonstrable experience of writing winning commercial bids including government tenders;
  • Able to nurture and maintain senior level relationships within a dynamic customer base;
  • A good strategic thinker, able to analyse business opportunities and develop an appropriate sales plan;
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and fast-paced environment where priorities often conflict;
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail with an ability to interpret information to derive business outcomes or solutions;
  • Valid UK driver’s license.
