About the role/team 

You will be responsible for assessing and identifying Off-street (parking) business opportunities, execute strategy, facilitate the territorial expansion of our services and establish long-lasting relationships with stakeholders. You will be working closely with the Business Operations Manager off-street, Head of Off-Street, local sales teams, marketing and product teams.


Your Responsibilities 

  • Develop strong relationships with carpark operators and parking management system enterprises.
  • You will work closely with the local market sales teams in order to support the expansion of off-street in the territories.
  • Identify and evaluate off-street business opportunities, plan and execute.
  • You will continuously refine and execute the business development strategy.
  • Evaluate contractual relationships and own key accounts for the PARK NOW group.
  • Control the business development activities, track and measure performance, and provide the management team with updates and recommendations.
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing to get optimal solutions.

  • A self-starter, enthusiastic, innovative thinker and detail oriented.
  • Patience to pursue different opportunities and see things from different angles, which is key in order to be successful. At the same time, your proactivity is key in order to make things happen.
  • Decision-making process based on an analytical approach, you are good with numbers and a strategic thinker.
  • 5 years of business development experience, coming from a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital and non-digital industries.
  • Excellent at planning, organisation and project management.
  • You like travelling often for work purposes.
  • You enjoy meeting people and creating strong relationships.
  • MS Office and Salesforce are familiar to you, Excel and PowerPoint are your best friends.
