About the role

You will play an active part in the daily support of our UK customers as part of our first line high transactional volume call centre; handling calls; emails, social media, webchat, and correspondence across products.


Your Responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming calls from all customers, ensuring follow-ups as relevant to positive conclusion; Investigating and responding to customer queries, ensuring that Customer Care Team procedures are followed and that all security procedures in the handling of all customer queries are adhered to.
  • You will be carrying out data input tasks and ad-hoc project work as and when required;
  • Provide support to Operator calls/emails to ensure consistency and feedback to Account Managers as relevant;
  • Update and use of all In-House systems supporting our products and customer account handling.

  • +2 years high volume call centre experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications;
  • Strong proven Customer Service ethos;
  • Must have PC skills (Word, Excel);
  • The ability to prioritise, manage and track multiple activities and tasks;
  • Enthusiastic approach and “can-do” attitude; working to strict SLA’s;
  • Flexible approach to work and shift patterns as relevant;
  • Ability to problem solve and ask questions through to final resolution;
  • A real team player and able to interact with others readily;
  • Able to work under pressure at all times.
