To match this rapid expansion and bring our organization towards maturity, we now require an experience facility professional to ensure smooth management of our site.

As a Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for associated staff facilities and front-of-house reception including managing the receptionist. You will be involved in both the strategic planning and the day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure that the needs of the organization, employees and visitors are met, including the cleanliness, catering, safety and security of our building, equipment and grounds. You will liaise with landlords on compliance matters including fire and security. You will work closely with vendors ensuring that all work is carried out on time and on budget.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities budget;
  • Manage front-of-house reception (including the Office Coordinator and receptionists);
  • Building: internal movements and changes;
  • Manage and organize office cleaning;
  • Procurement and contract management all relevant suppliers;
  • Fire & security;
  • Health & safety policies;
  • Catering and vending: Coordinate the arrangements of refreshments and lunch requirements;
  • Coordinate the arrangements of travel and accommodation for employees and visitors;
  • Coordinate the fleet management;
  • Coordinate the organization of company social events and meetings.


You are part of an ambitious, hardworking, international HR team, reporting to the HR Manager NL & BE.



  • A bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business management or related discipline;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a position with similar responsibilities;
  • Knowledge of business and management principles;
  • Strong customer service attitude;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch;
  • Excellent Project Management skills;
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages;
  • Fulltime availability.
