We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Diemen. In this position you will be supporting our international group of employees working in our Dutch office in the areas of compensation & benefits, organizational design, learning & development, performance management and much more.

Our company is growing fast and there are plenty of opportunities to initiate HR projects or participate in local and international HR projects in addition to the daily operations. You will be working in a dynamic environment, in which you will contribute to a high performing, fun and informal culture. In this role you report to our HR Manager NL& BE, work closely together with our HR Officer NL and are part of an international team of HR professionals scattered across our European offices. Your Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for the middle management level on all related HR matters like:
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Performance Management
    • Team setup
    • Sickness absence
    • Training & Development
    • Joiners/movers/leaver processes
  • You will consult with managers and provide guidance and input on all people related matters
  • You will provide guidance and input on team planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, etc
  • You will identify training needs for business units and use the PARK NOW academy to provide follow up
  • You will maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

 

Requirements 

  • A completed master’s degree in HR or otherwise relevant;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a position with similar responsibilities;
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and market and the ability to translate this into practice;
  • A proactive mindset and enjoying being hands on with your partners;
  • A passion and ability to build really strong effective relationships with your stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate the ability to build trust, influence the environment and implement HR initiatives;
  • An excellent communication style and able to engage with teams across PARK NOW;
  • A real team-player;
  • Pragmatic, analytical and always driven to improve;
  • Ambitious and curious by nature;
  • Able to prioritize, manage and track multiple activities and tasks;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
