This is what you’ll be doing as an Implementation Assistant:

Your focus will be to assist the Project Manager with all aspects of an implementation, including ordering of equipment, such as localized signage and delivery or installation. You will be required to do frequent off-site visits, including multiple days and overnight, to customer sites to install signage. You will also create bespoke artwork using Adobe Illustrator following corporate guidelines and act as a storeman to ensure supplies and store location are kept tidy and clean. 

  • Assess, design, order and deploy all department signage work
  • Deliver Project based work as well as business as usual requirements
  • Provide support, both remote and onsite, to Sales, Account, Product and Project Managers, to help support different internal and external audiences
  • Produce and maintain relevant product signage from existing preapproved templates and client-specific deployment records.
  • Ensure that departmental processes and procedures are followed, including checklists, sign-off procedures, etc.
  • Availability to Travel, UK wide, sometimes at short notice. This will include frequent overnight stays of up to one week at a time.
  • Travel is mandatory and you may need to travel alone to remote sites


What you need to have:

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Able to prioritise, manage and track multiple activities and tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Receptive and a fast learner.
  • Enthusiastic approach and “can-do” attitude. Occasional weekend and public holiday working will be required.
  • Resilient, copes well under heavy workloads.
  • Strong Customer Service ethos.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Problem solving and resolution

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • A-Level qualifications/Equivalent or greater.
  • Strong PC application skills – e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, Windows and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Exposure to Purchase Order processes
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Practical experience with manual and electrical hand tools with the ability to work at medium – low heights (2-3m)
