About the role
You will be responsible for supporting their colleagues; both hardware and application support. Further you will work with customer service.
You will handle configuration, deployment and maintenance of end user devices. In addition, you will write help articles to allow colleagues to self-service as much as possible and collaborate on business system improvement projects.
