About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst who is eager to transform our data into valuable business insights.  You will connect our 17+ million customer and transactional data with app events data and open market data to come with data-driven solutions for each market.

You see opportunities in behavioural data analysis to optimise our daily marketing activities. You will work within a multidisciplinary marketing team and will connect with the Business Intelligence and Business Control departments to validate and get more insights into complex data queries. You give fact-based advice on business questions to successfully scale our business across 7 European markets.

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join us at our headquarters near Amsterdam as of  1 February 2020.

Your Responsibilities

  • Fact-based supporting business decisions
  • Optimise, automate and evaluate marketing campaigns & audience segmentation
  • Analyse and predict both B2C as well as B2B customer behavior
  • Offer insights into business performance via interactive dashboards
  • Signal and proactively pick up business opportunities
  • Challenge team members and management on data insights
  • Connect public data to our market data to deliver holistic market insights and Total Addressable Market
  • Remain informed on market trends, other parties’ researches and implement best practices
  • Support global sales and partnerships



  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Analytics preferred, master’s degree a plus
  • 3 – 6 years of experience working in a similar role
  • You have experience in working with relational databases and are able to access them with SQL
  • You have experience in visualizing of data in tools like Tableau or PowerBI (preferred)
  • Experience with program languages R and/or Python is a plus
  • Know how to explain complex data into concise, easy-to-understand insights
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch; French and German are a plus
  • Love for quantitative data, strong analytical capabilities and PowerPoint skills
  • Be proactive, highly organized and have a “can do” mentality with an eye for detail
  • Excited to work in a mobile app-driven company 
  • Eligible to work full-time in the EU (Amsterdam)
