This is what you’ll be doing as Online Marketeer

You know that acquisition of new customers needs a solid buyer and customer journey with conversion optimisation at every touchpoint. Growth hacking these touchpoints on websites, mobile as well as desktop, from an in-depth understanding of analytics is what drives you. Combining these skills with SEO and front-end development is where the magic happens. With your experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal or Joomla!), you will be identifying and optimising content for search engines, creating landing pages for our campaigns and working together with the web developers to create smooth customer experiences

To be successful

You’re analytical and always driven to improve our website structure, pages, conversion and tracking. To develop faster, you have a growth hacking attitude: you think in opportunities instead of limitations. Owning your responsibilities while working well as a team. You have:

  • A completed HBO / BSc degree in Marketing or Economics/Business
  • 2-4 years of working experience in B2C marketing of which 2+ years’ experience as online marketeer
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills: interculturally sensitive, stakeholder mngt, Dutch & English business fluency (written & verbal)
  • Self-starter / have ownership; spot opportunities that have impact
  • Data driven focus in everything you do, analytical with quantitative data
  • Website optimisation and CMS experience with systems such: WordPress, Drupal or Joomla!
  • Experience with SEO;
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (Pre: Adjust, Firebase);
  • Experience with tooling like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Photoshop, Google Search Console, Yoast SEO, Hotjar and Google Optimize, Optimizely or VWO;
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS;
  • Fulltime availability (40 hours per week in Amsterdam/Diemen-Zuid);
