About the role
Working as a Operations Analyst for the market leading cashless parking provider in the UK, supporting the RingGo and Parkmobile brands. Providing 2nd line support within SLA timelines for 170+ local authorities and private operators during normal office hours and also out of hours via an on-call Rota. Responsible for maintaining the Live production environment, enforcing the change control policy to ensure only authorized software and hardware changes are put live in a sensible fashion. Working through planned schedules to ensure all production servers are patched regularly and keeping internal documentation up-to-date with regards failover procedures. Ensuring that all client accounts are reconciled on a daily basis and then again at month end to allow the finance team to invoice the client base in a timely manner.

We are currently all working remotely, but once it is safe to do so, this role will be predominantly based in our office in Basingstoke, full time.
