About the role


Working as a Operations Analyst for the market leading cashless parking provider in the UK, supporting the RingGo and Parkmobile brands. Providing 2nd line support within SLA timelines for 170+ local authorities and private operators during normal office hours and also out of hours via an on-call Rota. Responsible for maintaining the Live production environment, enforcing the change control policy to ensure only authorized software and hardware changes are put live in a sensible fashion. Working through planned schedules to ensure all production servers are patched regularly and keeping internal documentation up-to-date with regards failover procedures. Ensuring that all client accounts are reconciled on a daily basis and then again at month end to allow the finance team to invoice the client base in a timely manner.


Your Responsibilities


  • Monitoring of the production platform. Acting on alerts / dashboards to resolve system issues.
  • Processing tickets and communications from clients. Investigation, prioritization and remediation of identified issues / requests.
  • Creating, updating and following procedural documentation.
  • Open channel for questions and support at all times.
  • Working as a part of a bridge between the ServiceDesk, Operations and Development (DevOps) functions.
  • Supporting Change, technical investigation and “solutioneering” efforts across the group.




  • Good verbal and written communication skills: dealing with individuals with a wide range of technical knowledge.
  • Willingness and ability to embrace change and learn new technologies.
  • Copes well under pressure and can identify when help is required.
  • Display a strong customer service ethos.
  • Have a problem-solving mentality, the need to find the root cause of an issue.
