About the role

Are you commercially committed, detail-oriented and service minded? Come join our Business Operations team in Diemen! In this role you are the 1st point of contact for local partnerships, Off-street clients, P&R’s and event locations. In this role, you will create valuable (data) insights for the most frequent asked questions, coming from our cities. You are keen to improve process and increasing the Happiness index of the designated cities. You work closely with the Manager Business Operations and the Account managers of Off-street and the Partnership teams in Diemen.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Develop day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities through Freshdesk for partner management & support
  • Organize internal and external meetings, events and off-sites: agenda management, meeting logistics, preparation of presentations and taking meeting minutes
  • Execute against agreed service timelines with your partners and align internally with CS, Service desk
  • Improve the partner happiness index from x – y and set up half yearly surveys, round tables sessions
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Supporting in strategic and ad-hoc projects (research, analyses, etc.).

 

Requirements

You have:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree or similar, preferably in Business Administration
  • 2 years of professional working experience
  • Experienced in MSOffice: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook skills
  • Good organizational skills and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive: self-starter (work efficiently with little direction)
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Business fluency in Dutch & English (written & verbal)
