About the role

Are you passionate about the power of analytics and optimising user experience to deliver long term impact?

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our Product Insights Team, supporting a multi brand portfolio that includes some of the Europe’s leading mobility apps. This role will provide an invaluable opportunity to work with our cross functional teams, delivering meaningful behavioural insights to enable informed product decisions. You will be partnering with Product, Technology and User Experience specialists, working on high impact features. Your responsibilities will range from being hands on with our data, uncovering customer friction points, hypothesis generation, validation, feature analyses to creating meaningful and actionable recommendations.

Your responsibilities

  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining and storytelling areas
  • Wear several hats, including being hands on with data extraction and manipulation, data analysis and interpretation
  • You will work collaboratively with various teams to perform analysis and provide insights, and maintain regular communication with the stakeholders
  • Actively engage with multiple departments across the organization, including Product, User Experience and Engineering to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
  • Work directly with initiative owners and technical specialists to design, plan, and analyze feature tests and roll outs
  • Responsible for developing and communicating business requirements to data team in order to operationalize reporting and automate recurring analyses

Who You Are

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present the business value of analysis concisely and clearly
  • 5+ years’ experience optimising web and/or apps customer experiences
  • Ability to zoom in to examine problem in detail and quickly zoom out to look for patterns and causes
  • Outstanding logical thinking, a strong background in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, engineering, data science or similar, and a scientific approach to problem-solving
  • Curiosity and passion for making an impact along with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with large data sets and proficient in SQL, R or Python
  • Experience in tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI is a plus
