About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Marketeer who is passionate about transforming problems into clear, easy-to-understand solutions & communication plans.

You’re experienced in building go-to-market strategies and conducting research to validate product-market fit and positioning. You will be responsible for building value propositions and product messaging while ensuring the successful launch of updates and new products in our apps across 7 European markets. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us at our headquarters near Amsterdam as of 1 February 2020.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product launches, new features releases and communication plans towards the market working closely with different marketing colleagues (CRM, Social Media, Web, PR), sales and product management
  • Transform customer insights into unique consumer benefits and translate product technical details into clear unique selling points
  • Develop and validate value propositions and product identity for our B2C and B2B apps while insuring the consistency of the messaging across channels and markets
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, sales and country management to identify commercial product opportunities and improvements to improve our competitive position
  • Perform thorough analyses of the market, competition and target audiences
  • Create go-to-market strategies for European marketing plans to promote products & support sales in more than 7 countries.
  • Support global sales and partnerships

 

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Economics preferred, master’s degree a plus
  • Approx. 3 – 6 years of experience working in B2C (B2B marketing)
  • Experience in translating complex concepts into concise, easy-to-understand ideas
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication: stakeholder mngt, true team player, collaborative
  • Business fluency in English & Dutch (written & verbal); French and German are a plus
  • Love for quantitative data, strong analytical capabilities (Excel & PowerPoint skills)
  • Be proactive, and have a “can do” mentality (self driven)
  • Highly organized (big picture), an eye for detail and flexibility to change
  • Excited to work in a mobile app-driven company 
  • Eligible to work full-time in the EU (Amsterdam)
