About the role 

You will be part of our International HR Team, reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager. Your focus  will be on technical recruitment; including candidate sourcing using different sourcing strategies (e.g. internal talent pool, social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, events, referral scheme, etc); conducting interviews, as well as building our talent pipeline and improving our candidate experience.  

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand and deliver upon the staffing needs and goals of our EU offices. You will be involved in TA projects, employer branding, organizing recruitment meetups and events. 


Your Responsibilities 

  • Source and recruit our next Tech talents using multiple sourcing strategies; 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and agencies; 
  • Educate hiring managers, keeping the speed and give push back until we find the ideal candidate; 
  • Coordinate the interview process from A-Z;  
  • Prepare recruitment materials and advertise jobs on the applicable job boards; 
  • Act as a point of contact to build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process; 
  • Keep up-to-date with technological trends and products; 
  • Brainstorm with the TA team on finding new, better ways of sourcing and attracting talent. 



You’re an enthusiastic, innovative thinker who never settles for ‘good enough’. You’re always trying to improve. To develop solutions faster. To make our systems run better. You’re driven, analytical, flexible and critical. And you’re a great communicator. You have:   

  • A relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree (HR or technology preferred);  
  • A minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a position with similar responsibilities (international, technology and/or fast paced environment);  
  • Experience with sourcing large numbers, sometimes difficult to find, professionals across tech roles;  
  • A broad experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn has no secrets for you);  
  • The ability to maintain recruitment databases effectively using Applicant Tracking and Reporting Systems. Experience with Greenhouse is a big plus;  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
