As our Talent Acquisition Manager Europe (based in Diemen/Amsterdam, the Netherlands) we will challenge you not only in finding our future colleagues, but you will also be responsible for building our European recruitment strategy and making sure that PARK NOW is and stays top of mind in relevant local labour markets (NL, UK, DE, FR & BE).  

This means that your responsibilities will vary from an operational to a more strategic level and will entail all the topics you would expect in a European recruitment management position.  

In this role, you will work closely with our TA Team, the rest of the international HR team and our ambitious management. You will report into our Head of HR. 


Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the full recruitment strategy for Europe
  • Coach/manage & inspire the TA Team
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across Europe to really understand the business and properly advise on future hires
  • You will be managing agencies and all external parties
  • Educate hiring managers, keeping the speed, give push back and challenge them until you and your team find the ideal candidate.
  • Continuously improve our employer branding and represent PARK NOW on social media/events
  • Coordinate the interview process from A-Z for a couple of roles (It is a small team so we are looking for a hands-on person)
  • Creating interview manuals and scorecards via our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Reporting on KPI’s



  • A relevant bachelor's or master’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position with similar responsibilities (international, scaling and building recruitment, technology and/or fast paced and expanding environment)  
  • Experience with sourcing and recruiting highly skilled, sometimes difficult to find, professionals mostly on a senior business or leadership level  
  • Broad experience with social media platforms and job marketing 
  • Experience in setting up and rolling out international recruitment strategies, structures, tooling and initiatives 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Dutch is strongly preferred. (German would be a plus) 
  • Fulltime availability preferred and the willingness to do regular (international) business travel 
  • A pragmatic, energetic, self-starting and highly motivated achiever 
  • Able to build and cultivate superior relationships with internal and external contacts 
  • Detail oriented, organized and self-assured 
  • Strong listening skills 
  • Have a flexible and creative approach and able to multitask 
  • Able to set and meet deadlines 
  • A real team player
