About the role and team

As our Talent Acquisition Partner you will be part of the global People & Culture function, and more specifically, our growing Talent Acquisition team. PARK NOW would not be what it is without its people, and as the People & Culture team, we are fortunate enough to have a central role in driving the culture, people experience, and leadership agenda. This is why you and our Talent Acquisition team play a key role in ensuring we continue to find, engage and recruit highly talented people who share our values and want to grow with us. Today we are a TA team of five, based in Stockholm, Sweden and in Diemen, Netherlands supporting recruitment to the entire organisation throughout Europe. Now we are looking into establishing our TA presence in the UK with you being the very first Talent Acquisition Partner locally. 

Worth mentioning is that PARK NOW Group is a part of EasyPark Group, since June 1, 2021. You will be joining us on our exciting change journey to becoming one group and one company with one way of working, which opens up endless opportunities to make an impact. 

 

How will you contribute and make an impact? 

  • By collaborating with multiple functions, and countries, working close to the business in the UK, but also mainland Europe, hiring within IT/Tech, Product, Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Service Operations and Finance etc. 
  • With your innovative way of finding and engaging with potential candidates through active search and headhunting
  • Through your ability to plan, manage and follow through on multiple ongoing recruitment processes in close partnership with the hiring team
  • With your natural and authentic way of assessing and interacting with candidates in interviews through being equally caring and curious 
  • By creating a great candidate experience where everyone in contact with our TA team is left with a deeper understanding of our culture and values
  • With a focus on continuous improvement both when it comes to processes and ways of working, since we are still fairly new as a global Talent Acquisition team
  • With a passion and dedication for how we can enhance our employer brand and strengthening our position as an employer of choice                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

 

Who are you?

We believe you are a structured, action oriented and self-driven person. You have a big interest in people and human behaviour and you are a humble team player at heart who likes to share learnings and learn from others. To take a more consultative approach when partnering with various stakeholders across the business is something you get highly motivated by. To know that we are quite a new team is something that excites you. Being resilient and seeing change as an opportunity resonates with you. Last but not least you thrive in an international and multicultural environment collaborating and connecting with colleagues remotely across Europe.

Your background 

  • An experienced recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional, with either an inhouse or agency background from where you have gained your headhunting skills   
  • Savvy in utilizing LinkedIn recruiter tool, and creative in how to find candidates to those more hard to fill roles 
  • A background from working in an international context, collaborating with leaders and hiring candidates across countries
  • It would be highly beneficial if you have hired to IT/engineering/product teams considering we are a tech company 
  • Skilled interviewer with a passion for people and understanding of human behaviour
  • If you speak additional languages, such as Dutch, Spanish, Italian or German it would be considered as bonus
  • University Bachelor Degree within a field of relevance   

 

This role will be based in Basingstoke, UK, and will be reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, based in Stockholm, Sweden.
