About the role
You will be part of our International HR Team, reporting into our Talent Acquisition Teach Lead. You will be focusing on supporting the technical recruitment; candidate sourcing using different sourcing strategies (e.g. internal talent pool, social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, events, referral scheme, etc); applicant screening as well as building our talent pipeline and improve our candidate experience.
You will master our ATS (Greenhouse), manage and build candidate pipelines, work closely with both hiring managers as well as TA/HR colleagues to understand and deliver upon the staffing needs and goals in our EU offices.
