Wanted: UX Designer excited to shape the future of mobility!

Our drive

We love cities. And we’re doing something to make our cities healthier, cleaner and more liveable. How? By providing parking solutions that are simple, quick and effortless.

Today, PARK NOW is the world’s leading provider of on-demand mobile payments for on- and off-street parking. We make life easier for more than 17,000,000 drivers in over 700 cities in Europe.

About the role

You’ll work primarily on our iOS and Android apps to allow our users to book and manage their parking sessions as quickly and easily as possible. You will enjoy researching user needs, ideating, designing, prototyping and validating your solutions. You will support all development teams as necessary and enjoy collaborating with them throughout the UX process – from initial idea to developer hand-off, and beyond. You will like using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain wireframes, mockups, prototypes and page flows
  • Create platform-agnostic designs for our mobile and desktop platforms
  • Collaborating on user experience planning with technical and non-technical team members
  • Define user flows and UI specifications
  • Consulting with clients both internally and externally to identify their needs
  • Researching interaction design trends
  • Involvement in system testing and UAT

Requirements

You’re an enthusiastic, creative thinker who never settles for ‘good enough’. You’re always trying to improve and have a passion for identifying and solving real user problems. You can work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment. You have:

  • At least three years’ experience as a UX designer (or similar role)
  • Experience of UX research methods, including analytics and usability testing
  • A strong visual design portfolio
  • Several years’ experience using Sketch and InVision
  • Experience designing native mobile apps, and websites (desktop and mobile)
  • An innovative mindset
  • Good prioritisation and communication skills

Our offer

Want to be part of a dynamic fast-growing scale-up and global, urban mobility leader? Yes! Want to make an impact? Yes!

We offer a lot of autonomy and room to develop your talents. We know our people are at their best when they enjoy a good work-life balance, which we fully support. You can expect great employment benefits, including a mobility plan, weekly bootcamps/gym memberships, monthly massages, lunch, Friday beers and snacks, daily fresh fruit, fun team events and much more!

PARK NOW. We are driven to improve. Come join the ride!
